Respectful and Professional Communication: We expect all members to communicate in a respectful and professional manner, regardless of their background, experience, or opinions. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.

Public Relations: We kindly ask all members to respect the DAO’s public footprint and not act in any way that may harm the reputation of ValleyDAO. Being a member of the DAO means that your actions have consequences for the community as well as yourself and we ask you to carefully consider this before engaging with the general public.

Transparency and Honesty: All members are expected to act transparently and honestly in their interactions with the community and when participating in the decision-making process.

Fair and Responsible Voting: All members are expected to vote in a fair and responsible manner, in line with the community’s goals and values.

Intellectual Property: All members are expected to respect the intellectual property rights of others, including the rights of the funded research projects.

Responsible Use of Token: All members are expected to use the GROW token responsibly and in line with the community’s goals and values.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All members are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to synthetic biology research.

Reporting Violations: All members are expected to report any violations of this code of conduct to the ValleyDAO community leaders.

Consequences: Violations of this code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension of membership, or expulsion from the community, at the discretion of the community.
